Video: First Night in the Casita

Just a short little video taken Thursday night, after picking up my Casita in Florida earlier in the day and starting the drive back to SC.  I used a flashlight and my old point and shoot camera didn’t pick it up very well so it’s mostly just audio. (Edit 9/13/2017: Old raw video has been replaced by nicer, edited version)

    Congratulations! … and it’s perfectly okay to turn on the lights in that situation; there’s no way you’re going to run down both of the batteries.

      Yeah, looked into it after the fact and figured I would have been okay. At the time I was just worried about having a dead battery and no one around to give me a jump, haha.

    Congratulations again!

    For fun you could take your video footage, add new dialogue, and turn it into your very own Blair Witch Project! — “The Casita Haunting” or perhaps “Fiberglass Coffin: Trapped Inside”. Watch out Steven Spielberg!

      Yeah it looked okay using just the flashlight to the naked eye but not so much with the camera. I’ll do a good and proper video tour at some point. 🙂
